Shipping Guidelines

Currently we only ship orders within the United States and Canada. As mentioned previously, you must have both a U.S. or Canada shipping address and credit card billing address. 

 
Orders destined for Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico must be shipped via United States Postal Service (UPS), 2nd day air, or overnight air.
 
International Shipping

We do not offer regular international shipping. Please contact us by e-mail at sales@blancdenoirandco.com and we’ll see what is possible. We’ll do our best to find a way to accommodate you.
 
USPS Shipping

All Blanc de Noir & Co. orders are shipped by USPS and UPS. When you order online, we contact USPS and /or UPS for a real-time courtesy based on the set priced UPS, USPS Priority and Priority Express Packages of the items to be shipped, the originating zip code, and your zip code. Because USPS and UPS generates the fee, the shipping rate is not negotiable.

Shipping Confirmation

Certain Blanc de Noir & Co. pieces require additional customization and therefore may require an additional 5 business days to ship (if it is in stock). If your order will be delayed, we will notify you via e-mail or phone with an estimated ship date.
 
** If you choose expedited shipping, your jewelry items may still take up to 5 days to process, however, we will make every effort to expedite your shipment.
 
If you order online, you will receive an e-mail once your order ships with your tracking information. You can usually track your package within 24 hours of receiving a shipment confirmation.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to North Carolina.
 
Jewelry Damaged During Shipping

We must be notified, within 48 hours of receipt of your item, if the item was damaged due to shipping. Jewelry damaged due to shipping will be replaced at no charge.
