Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days after receiving your order, we will gladly offer:

• An exchange in the form of a Blanc de Noir & Co. merchandise credit.                 

• A refund to the original credit card used for payment for product(s).

Return shipping on all domestic U.S. & Canada orders is the responsibility of the purchaser. All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment on your order. The returned product(s) must be unworn and in the original packaging. Any special orders, made-to-order products, final sale products, and special event products are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. Any packaging, shipping or handling charges are non-refundable. Blanc de Noir & Co. Gift Cards and merchandise credit are not refundable or redeemable for cash.

 

U.S. RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

As a Guest Client:

Please submit your return or exchange request at sales@blancdenoirandco.com

As a Registered Client:

Once you receive the return request authorization email from us, please mail back the product(s) within 14 days after your request has been approved. The return package should include a copy of the packing list sent with your order. Blanc de Noir & Co. cannot be held liable for products lost or damaged in transit for returns.

We will send you email updates regarding the status of your return request, including when your return is received at our facility and when your return is exchanged or refunded. Please be advised that it will take 5-12 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement.
